Account: A rare Red Data Book species, on calcareous grassland and sand-dunes in parts of Kent, predominantly coastal, a priority species under the UK Biodiversity Action Plan. Also occurs as a vary rare immigrant from mainland Europe, appearing sporadically on the southern coast of England Unmistakable. Larva feeds on Common Restharrow.
