Account: Nationally scarce (Na) in ancient oak woodland and parkland in parts of south-eastern England, Herefordshire and Derbyshire Voucher specimen should be retained for confirmation of identification. Larva feeds within bark of Oak, favouring mature trees, and over-wintering as a pupa.
